POWER BALLS
Ingredients
1 cup nut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 tbsp raw organic honey
1/4 cup cocoa nibs
2 cups mixed dried fruit (ie: dates, apricots, raisins)
2 cups oats (you can get Gluten Free from Bob’s Red Mill)
2 scoops Sun Warrior Raw Vegan Vanilla (My favourite – you can sub in your favourite. You can also purchase this from Raw Elements)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended. Consistency should be soft with lots of texture.
2. Roll 1inch Power Balls in your hand and coat in toppings of choice (cinnamon, coco powder, sesame seeds, shaved coconut, shaved almonds OR leave plain)
3. Store in the refrigerator or freezer…. Enjoy!
