Remember my holiday green detox shake to keep our tummies tight during the holiday season? It was soooo good right?!
Well I’ve revamped my recipe with some new, yummy ingredients from my friends at Raw Elements Inc.
This recipe makes 2 large servings which count as two separate meals or 4 smaller servings.
2 handfuls spinach
2 small apples
4 celery stalks
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp macadamia nut butter
21/2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
1/2 -1 can coconut water
Water as needed
2 heaping tbsp Sun Warrior Sprouted Greens (You can find these on the Raw Elements website)
*2 scoops Sun Warrior Protein Powder – I recommend the Vanilla for this recipe
*2 tbsp Sun Warrior Sprouted Barley
*2 tbsp chia seeds (or hemp/flax seed)

1. Place in Vitamix or high power blender and blend, shake, Harlem Shake, Shamrock… You get the picture!
