Available role: Virtual Assistant + Marketing Specialist / Content Creator– Wellness Coaching Business
Part-Time (4-6 hours / week) | Remote w/ 1x Monthly In Person Content Day | Begins Immediately

About the Role
As my wellness coaching business continues to grow, I am seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Virtual Assistant (VA) and Marketing Specialist + Content Creator to support daily operations and ensure a smooth, professional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, has a keen eye for digital marketing and content creation, and understands the wellness, fitness, and coaching space.
You will play a key role in supporting social media content creation, assisting with launches, and keeping key business workflows running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media Support
Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling Instagram and other social media content (posts, reels, stories, and captions).
Repurpose existing content into graphics, quotes, short-form video ideas, newsletters, etc.
Maintain brand consistency, tone, and visual aesthetic in all content.
Track analytics and engagement trends to help optimize growth.
2. Email & Client Communication
Draft and send professional, high-quality emails using templates or guidance provided.
Assist with weekly newsletters, broadcast emails, launch emails, and follow-up communication.
Manage inbox organization, respond to basic inquiries, and flag important messages.
3. Calendar & Task Management
Manage and optimize my calendar with appointments, coaching sessions, interviews, and content blocks.
Coordinate meetings, send reminders, and avoid scheduling conflicts.
Keep track of deadlines, deliverables, and recurring tasks.
Keep website up to date with programs etc
Keep social media and other platforms up to date
4. Program Launch Support
Assist with launch preparation and back-end organizational tasks for programs such as:
Strike Sugar
TWT
Clean Living Mastery
Eat Clean programs
Workshops, challenges, and special events
Upload or organize materials inside Kajabi/Thinkific/Teachable (or other platforms).
Support sales pages, email sequences, and social promo rollouts.
Provide basic customer support during active launch periods.
5. General Administrative Support
Maintain files, documents, and SOPs.
Track payments, invoices, or client onboarding tasks (as needed).
Provide operational support that helps the business run smoothly as it scales.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Marketing Specialist (or similar roles)
Strong writing and communication skills.
Experience with Instagram and Facebook content scheduling and simple content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Proficiency with email platforms (ConvertKit, Flodesk, Mailchimp, or similar).
Experience with Squarespace Website Platform and online course platforms (Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable) is an asset.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
Able to maintain a professional, confidential relationship with clients.

Hours & Compensation
Part-time to start (approx. 4-6 hours/week), with potential to grow into more hours as the business expands.
Compensation dependent on experience.
Remote & in person position with flexible working hours.
Preferably in a one hour radius from where I live (near Toronto)
